I can confidentially say that I have no regrets as Art and his team produced a beautiful website and communicated with me throughout the process. I've received compliments from clients, friends and past colleagues. Thanks Art, I most definitely would recommend this company for your business needs.
They did a professional job and provided support to any questions or concerns I had. Great service, good UI and speed on the site. Colleagues and friends like the design and I’m happy to show it to clients soon.
For most websites, WordPress is the best platform due to its flexibility, unlimited functionality and ease of use. Since 2020, we use WordPress CMS exclusively for all of our client websites.
Unlike platforms like Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, etc. WordPress is an open-source software, meaning that you have full ownership of your website. You do not need to pay licensing or subscription fees or be dependent on a third party. With WordPress, your website your property.
However, keep in mind that in general, the platform you pick is not as important as the agency you hire. A content management platform (CMS) like WordPress is only a tool for the job. What matters more is the expertise of the person using the tool to build your website, which is why it is important to pick an agency with a track record of success.
Yes. We build websites using tools which allow you to easily edit your website, including text, images, pages, blog posts, etc. One of our core values is to give our clients full control and ownership of their digital assets.
We give you full training on how to edit your website and provide ongoing monthly support. We’re always by your side in case you want to update your website or just want to ensure that it works well.
While you own your website and can make the edits yourself, there is also an option for you to outsource these tasks to us if you don’t want to learn WordPress. Our monthly website care plan includes website edits.
After the website is launched, you have an option to either get training on how to use your website (via Zoom and pre-recorded videos) and/or leave the website maintenance up to us via our monthly website care plan.
Many of our clients prefer to outsource their weekly and monthly website maintenance tasks to us. Our maintenance plans start at $99/month, which also includes website hosting. Contact us for additional details.
Yes, we use powerful enterprise tools such as Cloudflare CDN and premium managed cloud hosting servers to ensure top speeds.
We also use website caching technology to create a snapshot of your website, which decreases load speeds. Your images and database will be optimized as well.
We are a fully remote team with headquarters in Toronto, Canada. While all of us work from our home offices, we work with clients across the globe.
The bulk of our communication is done through Zoom, emails and optionally a website commenting system which allows you to leave feedback directly on your website.
Yes, website hosting can make or break your users’ experience of your website. We recommend Cloudways.com managed hosting due to the lightning fast speeds and excellent support, security and uptime.
While we prefer Cloudways’ Vulture High Frequency servers, there are many other great web hosting providers, such as Kinsta, WPEngine, Flywheel and more.
Try to stay away from cheap “shared” hosting providers, as these can hurt your website security, SEO and speed. Any of the above high quality options would work well.
All of our website builds, logo designs and branding packages include unlimited revisions. We keep working on your website until you’re happy with how your website looks and functions.
Keep in mind that web/logo design is collaborative process, which is both creative and a technical. It usually takes a few rounds of revisions to get the website/logo looking the way you want.

Step 4 – Full Website Design & Development
After the homepage is finalized, we proceed to build the rest of the website.

Investment varies depending on the features you need, number of pages, the type of website (e.g. eCommerce vs. small business website), etc. This is why we always have a call with every client to discuss the project in detail, and come up with a custom quote. Building a website is similar to building a house — just like real estate, each website is unique.
For most websites, the timeline is 1-2 months. If your website has complex eCommerce, membership, or other sophisticated functionality, it might take longer. If we’re also designing your logo and brand guidelines, that has to be done first before we can begin working on the website. Please get in touch if you have questions about your project’s timeline.
Yes, we help clients write their website content. Your website content is a crucial piece of the puzzle — it is how you communicate your value to your website visitors and convince them to get in touch with you or buy your product.
We can either write the content for you, convert your rough outline/bullet points into full website pages, or work with you side by side to write the content over Zoom. We use a system we call the “Content Worksheet” to allow you to easily organize your content in a single document, accessible to everyone working on the project.
Yes, we offer Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and marketing automation services. We also offer general consultations on overall digital marketing strategy.
If you’re looking to run ads or work on developing a social media marketing strategy, we can recommend an agency that can help you achieve your goals.
